Payment process:

To place an order, select the products you want to purchase and add them to the cart.

Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the payment process.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed.

Return conditions:

If the cancellation service has been paid for:

If you are unable to attend the Benidorm Palace, you may request a change of date or a refund of the ticket price, provided that you give 24 hours’ notice prior to the date of attendance.

If you have purchased tickets for galas and are unable to attend, you may request a change of date or a refund of the ticket price paid, provided that you give notice at least one week before the date of attendance. Galas are considered to be the following shows: Christmas, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve, Three Kings Day, Valentine’s Day and any other gala other than the usual Benidorm Palace show.

The cancellation service costs €5 per ticket.

If you request a refund for the ticket, the price of the ticket purchased will be refunded, but the cancellation service fee (€5 per ticket) will not be refunded. The amount paid will be refunded through the same payment method used for the purchase. The deadline for our offices to process the refund will be a maximum of 7 days from the date of the customer’s request.

If you request a change of date, you may choose another date with a ticket of the same value as the one purchased and within the season of the show for which the tickets were purchased.
