Benidorm Palace hereby informs, for information purposes, of the cancellation of the event “Las Guerreras K-Pop, El Musical”, scheduled to take place on 19 July 2026 at our facilities.

The organisation, production, management, ticket sales, cancellation and any procedures arising from this show are the sole responsibility of the event organiser/promoter, PALUYA2018 S.L.

Benidorm Palace is not the organiser, producer, ticket seller or party responsible for the management of the show. Benidorm Palace’s relationship with this event is limited exclusively to the provision/rental of the venue for its staging.

For this reason, any enquiry, complaint, incident or refund request must be addressed directly to PALUYA2018 S.L. or to the sales channel through which the purchase was made.

Benidorm Palace regrets any inconvenience that this situation may cause to those affected and reiterates that any procedures arising from the cancellation are the sole responsibility of PALUYA2018 S.L.

Benidorm Palace informs that the event “Las Guerreras K-Pop, El Musical” is not organised or managed by Benidorm Palace.

Our company has only rented the venue to the organising company, PALUYA2018 S.L.; therefore, we are not involved in the production, promotion, ticket sales, changes, cancellations or any other management related to this show.

Furthermore, Benidorm Palace does not sell tickets for this event either on our website or at the box office. Ticket sales, enquiries or incidents must be managed exclusively through the channel provided by the organising company:
