Your dog also enjoys the Benidorm Palace!

Coming to Benidorm Palace no longer means leaving your furry friend at home!

 If your dog is a small breed, it is more than welcome in the new Pet Friendly area. At Benidorm Palace,  we know that your pet loves to live experiences with you so you can come together whenever you want, but we are going to ask you please, for the benefit of all, to respect the following regulations of good coexistence and company policy: 

1. Dogs will always be kept on a leash. It is not allowed to leave them tied in any space.

 2. Pets in common areas must always be in a carrier/travel bag, (in the pet friendly area its use will not be necessary).

 3. Be tolerant and polite, someone may have allergies or be afraid of dogs, let's avoid uncomfortable situations for everyone. 

4. All animals must maintain appropriate behavior, without disturbing the rest of the clients. 

5. In the area designated as Pet Friendly, you will be given a kit for your furry friend. In garden areas please remember to always carry small bags and throw them in the appropriate containers.

 6. To guarantee the safety of clients and avoid situations of danger or discomfort for people or animals, management reserves the right to admit pets to certain events that may pose a risk. 

7. Dog access may be limited due to crowding or for the safety of visitors and the animals themselves in certain areas. 

8. Pet owners exonerate Benidorm Palace from any responsibility for any problem that their pet may cause to the establishment or other visitors. 

9. In order to ensure the well-being of all, security personnel will be able at all times to assess situations that affect other clients and make decisions accordingly. 

10. Please note that the sound level is loud at the Benidorm Palace and it is your responsibility to assess whether or not this may affect your pet.
